Privacy Policy

Data we collect

When you use the Decision Receipt API, we process the claim data, evidence, and source records you submit for admissibility evaluation. We also collect email addresses provided during API key signup. We do not collect personal data beyond what you explicitly submit.

How we use it

Submitted claims are evaluated, receipts are generated, and results are stored in our append-only ledger. We use this data solely to operate the Decision Receipt service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or model training.

Data retention

Receipt ledger entries are retained for the duration of your account. Evidence bundles and artifacts are retained for 90 days by default (configurable on Pilot and Enterprise plans). You may request deletion at any time.

Security

All API traffic is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Receipts are signed with Ed25519. Evidence hashes use SHA-256. We follow data minimization principles — we hash and verify evidence rather than storing raw content where possible.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@summitcognitive.ai.
