Data we collect

When you use the Decision Receipt API, we process the claim data, evidence, and source records you submit for admissibility evaluation. We also collect email addresses provided during API key signup and information submitted through the contact form. Do not submit personal data you are not authorized to provide.

How we use it

Submitted claims are evaluated, receipts are generated, and results are stored in our append-only ledger. We use this data solely to operate the Decision Receipt service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or model training.

Data retention

Receipts, evidence artifacts, revocations, and signing records may need to remain together so that issued receipts stay verifiable. The current file-backed service does not automatically delete those records. Contact-form submissions carry a retention-expiry date for operator review. You may request access, correction, or deletion; requests are evaluated against legal obligations and receipt-integrity requirements.

Security

Production API traffic is served over HTTPS. Receipts are signed with Ed25519 and evidence hashes use SHA-256. Submitted claim and evidence content may be stored with receipt artifacts; filesystem confidentiality depends on deployment access controls and host or volume encryption.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing security@summitcognitive.ai.
